Assessments & Behaviour Interventions (ABi) is a leading not-for-profit organisation that provides family focused intervention programs that are effective and affordable for young children with a disability and their families.
ABi delivers programs with a strong focus on quality and best practice that are tailored to suit individual family needs and priorites to achieve real outcomes. We empower families with knowledge and strategies to support their child's learning and development across all environments to allow them to reach their full potential.
ABi programs are founded on the evidence-based principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). ABA is the process of using behavioural principles to create practical and socially significant change. Using ABA, we recognise and build upon your child's skills to enhance their learning and development whilst identifying and reducing the behaviours that interfere with learning.
Did you know that one in 100 people in Australia has an autism spectrum disorder?
Did you know that over 4 million Australians have a disability? That is 1 in 5 people.
Did you know that effective early intervention programs such as ABi are a vital first step for children with an autism spectrum disorder and those with other diagnosed developmental disabilities?
It’s only five days until the end of the financial year, which is just enough time to donate to our winter appeal and claim it in this year’s tax return. Please click here to donate now!
You will be doing more than just gaining a potential tax benefit — you will be helping many children access their first steps for achieving their potential and empowering their families living with the challenges of disabilities.
ABi is excited to announce that we will be opening three office locations in the metropolitan north, south and inner west of Sydney. This new direction and expansion for ABi comes as a result of our ongoing vision to make our services and programs more accessible to our families and their communities.
ABi’s new head office will be based in Leichardt, as well as new hubs in both Bella Vista and the Sutherland Shire. From the 2nd June 2014, we will be in our new head office. Please refer to our new head office address.
Address: 155 Marion Street, Leichardt NSW 2040 for future correspondence.
We look forward to your continued support and to your visit in our new home! (see more)
