Audience

ABI provides training and workshops for parents and professionals working for children with special needs. Our training programs are based on current research in the field of special education and particularly target children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our training programs will provide you with the theory behind the strategies as well as allow you to practice and take home functional approach to help your child or your client.

We believe that by using evidence based practice we can provide you with the tools to help your child learn and succeed.

Location

We run regular training programs at our office for family members and professionals or we can come to you. Why not ask us to develop training for your staff development day? We will come to your centre and provide an interactive training giving you practical strategies just for your clients! This can be followed by on-going consultation by an ABI Consultant.

    ABI’s Applied Behaviour Analysis Workshop is a prerequisite to the Developing Communication Workshop

Fees

  • Fees depend on the length of the workshop and whether or not they have been tailor made for your centre.

  • We recommend that the workshop on Applied Behavioural Analysis be completed before doing the other workshops. This workshop runs over 2 days (Day 1: theory, Day 2: Recap and Practical) This training is at a cost of $195 per person.

  • Discounts for full time students.
